Product doesn’t fit? Want a different color? Ordered the wrong design? No worries!
We offer free exchanges so that you can end up with the perfect product! All you have to do is email us at support@designbytrex.com with your name, order number and what you’d like to exchange. We will email you back with approval and a pre-paid return label. Just package the shirt back up, attach the label and give it to your USPS mail carrier or local post office.
Conditions :
- Items must be back to us within 30 days since you received the original items
- Shirts cannot be worn or washed (trying the shirt on doesn’t count as worn)
RETURNS & REFUND
Don’t like something about your item and don’t want a new item? We are always sad to see you go, but we are happy to make you happy!
We offer returns for any reason! All you have to do is email us at Designbytrex.shop@gmail.com with your name, order number and what you’d like to return. We will email you back with approval and a pre-paid return label. Just package the shirt back up, attach the label and give it to your USPS mail carrier or local post office. There is a flat $5.00 restocking fee for returns that will be deducted from the refund.
Conditions :
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs
- Items must be back to us within 30 days since you received the original items
- Shirts cannot be worn or washed (trying the shirt on doesn’t count as worn)
Order not received
If your item has not arrived within
- 40 days
after having ordered, contact us at customer service for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

HOLIDAY EXTENSION
For orders placed between November 1st and December 15th, the exchange policy is extended to 60 days. The return policy does not change.
